Chablis producers have defined the style of chardonnay in this famous region, and this has all the purity and steely freshness with classic aromas of crushed oyster shell and lime, plus plenty of ripe stone fruits, fresh acidity, minerality and an oyster shell finish. Brilliant on its own, but perfect with Good Friday fish pie, goats cheese salad and shellfish.

Our Chablis, made for us by Domaine du Colombier, is a blend of three vineyards in Chichée, a village renowned for producing classic, mineral wines. The 2019 vintage produced a beautifully balanced wine which offers a seamless marriage of ripe fruit flavours and classic Chablis steel. Aromas of crushed oyster shell and lime entice, while the palate is juicy and succulent. Delightful on its own or with shellfish, goat’s cheese and lighter dishes.
